Empowerment for a Brighter Future

Join Lindsey this school year for GirlTalk, a monthly workshop series that spans the 2025/2026 school year. GirlTalk is designed specifically for young girls entering 6th through 9th grade. Led by Lindsey Bates, CMHC, bringing years of experience as an educator to the therapy room. Lindsey brings a mix of understanding girls experiences in the classroom from being a teacher AND how to apply cutting edge therapeutic techniques to those experiences now as a therapist. Our mission at MPC is to equip girls with the tools and confidence needed to thrive socially and emotionally as they embark on their middle and high school journey.
